Nestled at the foothills near Somatane Phata, this 5-acre gently sloping land provides an ideal setting for the unique homes of Rohan Anand. Each home here offers a connection to the surrounding landscape, with views of either the hills or the expansive central green area within the project. The multifunctional design of the interiors manifests in various ways. For instance, the larger living space can be transformed into two separate rooms at night using sliding partitions. The kitchen, typically active during the day, can double as a sleeping or study area for a youngster, featuring a loft bunk bed that offers privacy along with a view of the landscape. The side-placed terrace, instead of being at the front, can serve multiple purposes such as sleeping, studying, washing, and drying. The layout includes multiple interactive zones with double and triple height spaces, serving as semi-indoor play areas for activities like table tennis, basketball, chess, and carrom, or for hosting informal gatherings such as birthday and engagement parties. The buildings' facades incorporate intentional gaps to create wind tunnels, ensuring air movement throughout the development and helping to lower temperatures. Additionally, variations in the facade design reduce monotony and scale down the perception of the building’s volume.
